I am an Agile coach, facilitator, teacher and inspirer, and love when people break out into song!!
My current focus is improving leadership teams through Enterprise and Organisation Coach along with insightful facilitation. Helping them unknot difficult, multiple departments problems. I'm passionate about helping organisations transform, to improve service delivery to customers, and improve the working lives of people within the organisation.
My other focus is community of practices and I speak regularly around the uk on this to highlight how important people are to each other and ways of working. I am passionate about the people side of change, and focused on bringing meaningful change into organisations that will improve the lives of people.
