Diary Entry 4

WOW, its been about 4 months since my last entry on here, and I have came back to have a rant, see other rant just published, so I thought I would take this one back to the entry and why I started blogging on here in the 1st place

My Thoughts:

So 1st of all — hello, hope you are all ok, its been a long time. I went have been down the road of been knee deep in a transformation for the last couple of months, mostly personal and some 121 with companies. So with that and everyday living, losing loved ones and lifestyle events etc have made for a hetic 8 months.

Transformation in any company is so interesting for me, you find yourself doing things you have done over and over again in many places and each time I really feel people in those companies have; or are becoming more Agile. I know what does “more Agile” mean, but I see great humans really wanting to adopt the values and culture of Agile and change the way they work, and really help the business they are in thrive and grow! This is beautiful and I love the human element of all things Agile and transformation. It reminds me of a beautiful butterfly emerging from the cocoon. More on this again

Outcomes now this is a very interesting entry for me, I have very much been focusing the coaching I am doing on long lived outcomes over outputs. I have read a few books on this and studied the frameworks to get more learning on it. I wont put too much on here just at the moment; as I am really trying to study deeply on this — but still open to some great conversations with you all :)

Jobs as per my previous blog on recuiters not understand the role or even the company not understand the role, I want to do something about it, but I am really not sure what to do on this, should i contact all the agencies I know? Wite a linkedin post? Speak at a conference about it or blog about it, I am not too sure, but one thing I am sure about is there is some education with Agencies, Recruiters to ensure they really understand our Role.

Anyway on that note I am going to sign off — lots more going on in my head which I hope I can get back down on here to help me.
